About Me

Greetings!  My name is Randee and I have been a crafter for most of my life.  My most beloved craft is scrapbooking and stamping, however, I also sew, quilt, knit, crotchet, mosaic, make jewelry, any type of papercrafting, etc.

I was a scrapbooker before it was a term!  I used to "crop and journal" before they were even terms in the crafting industry!

I also got into Rubber Stamping about 9 years ago.  I actually only got involved because I loved the flexibility of the alphabets and then got hooked on all stamping.

I live in the country, absolutely love animals and, believe it or not, actually am enjoying my three teenagers! This is such a fun time in our lives, but very busy.

One day, I hope to write children's books about all our fun farm animals. I have had just about everything in my house (invited or not!)

I have bottle raised cows, goats, horses and pigs. My husband's idea of a romantic thing to do is to bring me home needy animals instead of flowers or massages. (I secretly think he likes me to wake up for the 3 am feedings!)

A couple years ago, we were having trouble with coming home from church and finding our front door wide open. (Live in the country and didn't lock our doors). My husband and I would get onto the kids about closing the doors all the way because it either let all the heat (TX weather) or cold in. One day, while sitting on the couch in my living room, I received a revelation! It wasn't my kids leaving the door open on their way out. My black lab hates the extreme cold or heat and she learned how to open the door on her own and let herself in!

Because of her "neat" trick, I have come home to chickens, horses, and goats that have taken up residence in the house while I was out! Truly kodak moments for me. And great stories for when I actually get around to writing them....or scrapping them~
