Policies

I am very excited to have your group join me at Randee's Craft House.  Because time and space is limited and there are many of you anxious to come work on your scrapbook, stamping, quilting, beading and other craft projects, it's important to book your retreat weekend as soon as possible!

Deposits

• A $100 deposit (per person) is required at time of booking for fully inclusive weekends. 
• An A La Carte weekend requires a $50 deposit per person at time of booking.
• For other special events and classes, you will be notified of any deposit requirements.

Final Payments

• All balances are due 30 days prior to the retreat. If the balance is not received 30 days prior to the retreat, your reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. Payments in full cannot be refunded but can be applied to a future retreat date.

Refunds

• Your deposits or payments are fully refundable if reservations are cancelled 60 days prior to your retreat weekend.  If you cancel your weekend with less than 60 days notice, you forfeit your deposit unless a replacement group can be found.  If a replacement group is found, your deposit will go toward another retreat date.

Group Leaders

• Each group has a "designated" group leader.  This is the person who will be the main contact between your group and Randee's Craft House. 
• The group leader is also the one responsible for ensuring all inventory has been returned to the proper place at the Craft House.   She is also responsible for any missing inventory. 

Liability

• Each guest must sign a liability release at check-in.  If you would like to see a copy of the release prior to your visit, please let me know!

Miscellaneous

• I want this to be a very special experience for you!  If there is anything I can do to make this memorable for you, please let me know!

• If you have a little accident or something gets broken, please let me know as soon as possible so it can be repaired or replaced.  However, you will be responsible for excessive damage to the house, property or any contents in the house.  An itemized list and invoice of any damages or missing items will be sent to the group leader, which will be payable immediately.
• Randee's Craft House is a non-smoking facility.
• No pets (I know, I love them, but we just can't have them on our retreat weekends!)
• While we absolutely love our children, these retreats are for women only.  If you have a group that is interested in a mother-daughter retreat, I will arrange a special weekend for this purpose.  Daughters must be at least 12 years of age.
